Scored these two sparkly snowflakes at the after Christmas sale at Mel's in Spokane. The glitter is the large sized stuff and really sparkles. Pretty, huh?

I love to create in my studio, but these days it is on the back burner while I work on genealogy. I have an have an old-fashioned Mercantile (my studio) in my home, where I can display all the treasures I have amassed over the years and open it up to ladies gatherings. Those gatherings would include teas, crafting days, quiltings, bible studies. I feel this would fill a need that goes unmet in today's world. We gals need to be able to share our lives, pray with each other as well as encourage each other.

I love a bit of sparkle! They remind me of some my mum used to have, but they were white and went brown over many years, so we dont have them now. Thanks for sharing them!
